Shipping

Generally, orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed by 11:30 A.M. (PST) have a good chance of shipping the same day.  Any orders placed after that time will usually ship the following business day.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days for a store credit.  Customers pay for return shipping unless the reason for return was due to store error (e.g. we shipped the wrong size or color).
